Chickpea Salad

2 Cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 onion finely chopped
1 red pepper finely chopped
Handful of cilantro finely chopped
A shake of cracked red pepper
Three shakes gralic power
4 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
5 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all dry ingredients together then add the vinegar and olive oil and salt and pepper.
